• Condo has 3 TVs including a 50inch in the LR and a 29" in the Main Bedroom and a small TV in the Den.
• Nice sized balcony for relaxing on while sipping your morning coffee or eat a meal with the family. It has a table and four chairs with chair pads, a pub table with two chairs and a double glider.
• FULLY equipped kitchen with all size pots and pans as well as plastic cups and dishes for your use at the pools. Bring your margarita mix, we'll supply margarita glasses that you can bring to the pool!
• Washer/dryer in the condo.
• Access to the balcony from both the den and LR.
• We allow our guests/renters to use half of our utility cage for your chairs, boogie boards, etc. so there is no need to lug them to your car. The cage is located in the first door of the North Beach building off the beach.
